Interior examination of permanent pressure containers – Substitutable examination with acoustics emission method

Our company developed the device enabling the performance of substitutable examination with the acoustic emission method. The method and devices are under the patent protection – reported in the RP Patent Office no. P.424958.

ADVANTAGES OF THE SUBSTITUTABLE METHOD:

  • To minimize the time of the turbine downtime (the complete examination is possible to be realized within 6-8 hours),
  • All pressure vessels mantled in the turbine are examined at the same time,
  • Lack of necessity to dismantle the vessels,
  • After performing the examination with the positive result, the decision and protocol allowing for the further exploitation,
  • Lack of leakages, damages of the sealing during the dismantling of the vessels.

Our employees possess the devices’ manufacturer certificates:

FAQ

Here you can find the answers to most frequently ask questions concerning our services, including maintenance, repairs and examination of the devices subordinate to the Office of Technical Supervision

Periodic maintenance is the regular action to keep equipment in proper working order and safe to operate. Acceptance testing, on the other hand, is carried out when a new device is installed or after major repairs have been carried out to ensure that the device is safe to use.

Device inspection involves a thorough inspection of the equipment to check its condition. This involves comparing the condition of the equipment with the documentation provided and possibly recommending repairs or maintenance.

Operating and maintenance manual is the set of documents describing technical characteristic, rules of operation and operation and maintenance manuals of the device. It is necessary to correct and safe use of the device.

This means that we handle the formalities for registering equipment with the UDT and represent our clients in their dealings with this authority. We can help solve problems and answer questions about the UDT regulations.

Follow-up examinations are additional tests that may be required if potential problems are detected during a regular inspection. An internal inspection of a pressure containers is a detailed check of its condition to detect any damage or deficiencies that may pose a safety risk.
