We perform the maintenance and service repairs of the lifting devices and pressure containers installed in wind turbines subjected to registration in UDT.

Interior examination of permanent pressure containers – Substitutable examination with acoustics emission method

Our company developed the device enabling the performance of substitutable examination with the acoustic emission method. The method and devices are under the patent protection – reported in the RP Patent Office no. P.424958.

ADVANTAGES OF THE SUBSTITUTABLE METHOD:

To minimize the time of the turbine downtime (the complete examination is possible to be realized within 6-8 hours),
All pressure vessels mantled in the turbine are examined at the same time,
Lack of necessity to dismantle the vessels,
After performing the examination with the positive result, the decision and protocol allowing for the further exploitation,
Lack of leakages, damages of the sealing during the dismantling of the vessels.
